Day by day

Nairobi to the Maasai Mara: setting out

You are welcomed in Nairobi and then set off across the heart of Kenya towards the Maasai Mara. The road passes through striking scenery, from the Great Rift Valley to rolling hills scattered with acacia trees. At the lodge, a good lunch is waiting and there is time to settle in before the first game drive of the afternoon. As the sun sinks, the savannah stirs, and elephants, lions and giraffes are there to greet you.

A full day on safari: love at first sight

Get up early, take in the cool morning air and head out for a whole day of exploring. With your French-speaking guide and a carefully packed picnic lunch, you follow animal tracks over golden plains, watch the drama between predator and prey, and fall for the beauty of the Maasai Mara. This is Africa at its best: raw, real and deeply moving.

Sunrise drives and afternoon discoveries

There are two game drives today, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with time to rest at the lodge in between. The first hours of daylight often bring out shy predators, and the soft light is ideal for photographs. Later you go out again as elephants bathe and big cats stretch out beneath the acacias. It all feels like something out of a dream.

A day to explore, or simply to be

Another fine day lies ahead. Choose a full-day safari or split the day into a morning drive and an evening drive, and take in the Mara at your own rhythm. You might see wildebeest making a crossing, or share a quiet moment as zebras graze in the breeze. This is your own love story with nature, unfolding one breath at a time.

Goodbye, for now

After one last sunrise drive and a fond goodbye to a land that has surely won you over, you travel back to Nairobi. The journey ends here, but its colours, sounds and feelings will stay with you for good.
